Express Shipping: £6.99 (1-2 business days, UK)
Free Shipping: Orders over £22 (3-5 business days, UK)
International Shipping (US & Canada)
- Shipping cost: £22 for tracked international delivery
- Delivery time: 7-14 business days (may vary depending on customs processing)
- Tracking: All international orders include tracking
- Customs, duties, and taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping cost and are paid directly to customs upon delivery.
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
Sold-out items are available for pre-order. Pre-ordered pieces are handcrafted to order and delivered with our next quarterly collection release.
- Processing time for pre-orders: Up to 3 months (delivered with next quarterly collection)
- In-stock items: Processed and shipped within 3-5 business days
- Tracking: All orders include tracking information
