If you had told me twenty-two years ago—while I was studying the dramatic arcs of the great playwrights or years later when I was crafting strategic taglines in a busy advertising agency—that I would eventually be sitting at a jeweller's bench in Milton Keynes, I might have called it a plot twist.
But looking back, every step of my journey has led to Iris By Hazel.

My time in Advertising taught me that every word must have a purpose. My Master's in Culinary Innovation taught me that the finest ingredients, when balanced with precision, create something transformative.
Today, I apply those same rules to my jewellery. When I pick up a pair of pliers to work on a piece from The Lead Role Collection, I am not just stringing beads; I am editing a visual story. I choose Natural Stones—like our Citrine Raw Stone—specifically because no two are identical. Much like the women who wear them, these stones have their own unique "character" and internal light.
